"Seat map was all over the place"
I tried picking my seats, but the seat map kept jumping around?? Every time I clicked on tickets, they suddenly showed as taken. Super frustrating... I ended up giving up and buying somewhere else

"Checkout just felt way too slow"
The checkout took forever. I don’t know if it was a system issue or what, but my gut feeling was that something just wasn’t running right. It was frustrating waiting that long just to finish paying

"Confirmation Email Took Way Too Long"
I bought tickets on agiletix.com and expected the order confirmation to come through pretty much right away, but it didn’t. I checked my spam folder, promotions tab, and everywhere else I could think of, and there was just nothing for a long time.
Since my card had already been charged, I started worrying that something had gone wrong with the order. That’s really not the kind of stress you want when you’re trying to buy tickets for an event.

The confirmation email eventually showed up much later, but by then I was already frustrated. A basic confirmation email shouldn’t take that long, i’d expect at least an apology for making customers worry like that.

"Buying Tickets Felt Way Harder Than It Should’ve"
I tried buying tickets, but the checkout kept failing over and over. After a while it started to feel like I was begging the site to take my money, which just made me more annoyed. Eventually I gave up.

"Support completely ignored me"
I reached out to support and waited for days, but nobody ever gave me a real answer. I was just left hanging the whole time. what a joke.

"Pretty frustrating communication , honestly"
I had a annoying experience with agiletix.com . I barely got any clear notifications , and the emails that did come through were either late or kind of confusing . I kept checking for updates myself , but still felt like I was left guessing the whole time . Not a great experience , and they really need to do a better job keeping people informed .

"Such a pain on my phone"
I tried buying tickets on my phone and wow, it was a MESS. The pages loaded all weird, some buttons were tiny and annoying to tap, and I kept having to zoom in just to see what I was doing. Checkout felt super clunky too, and I almost gave up. Definitely NOT great if you’re trying to use mobile

I was buying tickets on agiletix.com. The price seemed fine at first. Then extra fees showed up near checkout. That was annoying. I don’t like when the real total is hidden until the end. It felt a little misleading. Just show the full price earlier.

"Promises easy access, but I can’t even log in"
I’ve tried logging in over and over, and it just keeps failing every time. Even resetting my password didn’t make any difference. They make it sound like the process is simple and hassle-free, but that’s definitely not what I’m experiencing. it’s really annoying.

"So the site really let me down when I needed it"
so I had a frustrating time trying to use Agile Ticketing. The pages were loading slowly, and a couple times it kicked me back right when I was trying to finish buying my tickets, which is stressful when you know seats can get taken fast.

I did eventually get the order to go through, but only after refreshing a bunch and basically starting over. Maybe I just caught it at a bad time, but for me it didn’t feel dependable at all

"I tried to pay twice and both times..."
I tried to pay twice and both times it looked like the payment failed, but then my card still got charged anyway. Not totally sure what happened, but it was frustrating.

"Refund and exchange was a headache"
I bought tickets through agiletix.com and ended up needing to change my plans, but trying to get clear help was really frustrating. The refund details were confusing, and when I asked about exchanging the tickets, it felt like I was just going back and forth without actually getting a straight answer.

I understand that companies have policies, but the whole process felt cold and unhelpful. I ended up stuck with tickets I couldn’t use, which was really disappointing. I’d probably avoid using them again if I have another option

"Tough to find what I needed"
I spent way more time than I expected trying to find things on this site. The navigation feels confusing, and it was harder to use than... I don’t know, it just made the whole process frustrating.

I paid for my tickets, but then I couldn’t actually find them anywhere. The link just kept sending me around in circles, which was frustrating. I guess the service might be fine when it works, but this experience didn’t really give me much confidence.

"Give yourself extra time for check-in"
Check-in took a lot longer than I expected. The line was barely moving, trying to use the app didn’t help, it kind of made things more frustrating. If you’re heading here, I’d definitely recommend arriving earlier than you normally would and not relying too much on the app to speed things up.
